Repatriation assistance when travelling abroad
Because the unexpected can happen...
Assistance abroad
When travelling abroad, unforeseen circumstances can arise, such as an accident or sudden illness requiring immediate medical attention. If your insurance provides for assistance abroad, a repatriation service will automatically be made available to you. To find out if you have assistance abroad, check your cover on myUNIQA.ch
Here are the steps to follow:
1. Contact UNIQA Assistance
If you need help, please contact UNIQA Assistance first. You’ll find their contact details on your physical or virtual insurance card via myUNIQA.
2. Medical assessment
The assistance service’s doctors will assess whether repatriation is possible and under what conditions.
3. Arranging repatriation
To guarantee your repatriation, it must be arranged by our partner TSM Assistance.
