How to get reimbursed
When you see a doctor, make a pharmacy purchase, or receive any other outpatient care, the bill is sent directly to you. You must then forward it to UNIQA for reimbursement.
myUNIQA.ch
To facilitate this process, we have created a secure, easy-to-use data exchange platform: myUNIQA.ch. Available as a mobile app or web tool, this platform gives you access to details of services and benefits. It also enables you to submit your expenses for reimbursement, track the processing of your claims in real time, and print out certificates.
Claims can be easily submitted via the app as photos or pdf files. A notification is sent as soon as the request has been processed and the reimbursement made.
Claims can also be sent by post to our address in Carouge.
