INFINITY complementary healthcare: it's simple and effective

As long as you are subject to the KVG/LAMal, INFINITY supplementary insurance will be there for you. Continuity of cover is offered between the end of the group contract administered by UNIQA and the start of INFINITY cover. The transfer will take place without any medical questionnaire, request for additional information, restriction of cover or age limit. This means that policyholders can benefit from optimised cover without delay and without having to go through tedious procedures with sometimes uncertain outcomes.

Basic and hospital care covered and paid for directly

Swiss basic health insurance (KVG/LAMal) covers a large proportion of routine medical care. As for INFINITY, it optimizes health insurance and offers additional services of the highest quality at the best price, sometimes without upfront costs. In the event of hospitalization, any additional private costs – such as room charges, doctor’s or anaesthetist’s fees – invoiced and not covered by basic insurance are also paid by UNIQA, either directly or on presentation of invoices.

Supplementary insurance abroad

INIFINITY is a Swiss supplementary insurance plan that also covers treatment abroad. In addition to the INFINITY cover, which covers medical treatment while abroad, an optional 24/7 assistance cover provides for advance payment of treatment costs, repatriation and travel assistance. Last but not least, INFINITY plans cover voluntary treatments worldwide, excluding the USA.
